It was a glitch so that he smuggled to HP effect of "Thok" from the Fremmenik Sagas. So his HP could be like 400/1500 basically making it so he could hit much harder with dharoks since he has higher HP.

Anyways this is like the 3rd dharok glitching video like this that I have seen, however it is by far the best. This guy actually manages to get kills the other ones were just people getting a nice hit in every once in awhile. Thanks for sharing panic

 

I just KNEW that this was going to be abused sometime. Jagex really needs to make sure their updates are abuse-proof before releasing them...
