Give me some info on Dung

Well.. I have a tank I am probably going to be getting a chaotic crossbow on. Do I need any quest? How does Dung work? How long will level 80 take? Do you advise it or no? Should I be pro after this? Any tips on what bot to use?

 

Chaotic Crossbow is great for tanks. To start doing Dungeoneering, you go to the boat behind the Al Kharid bank, it will take you to Daemonheim, from there you walk North I believe there is a tutorial now on how it's done. You don't need any quests to start it. I got 1-80 using the Paid script from RSBuddy in a little under 2 weeks on my 1 Defense pure, running it 14 hours a day. Since you're a tank, I would have someone with high Fletching and Woodcutting to go in with you after you unlock Complexity 6, and get you the best bow you can use, along with someone with high Smithing and Mining to make you the best arrows that bow can use.

 

Priority for tanks is:

1) ASN
2) Rigour
3) CCB

^ Yeah, like the guy above, bot it. If possible, get a magical blastbox/celestial surgebox OR use melee and train defence only, if you don't mind using melee that makes it so much better

 

I can train melee I'll just work on defense their. So basically, how do I get set up in games? Or how should I set up the bot? What's the price on the rsbuddy paid bot?

 

The script is $6.99 and it is worth it.

And you don't "Set up games" you just enter the dungeons and start exploring them. Then you make your way to the boss, kill it then move on to the next dungeon.

 

Is it boring to do legit? I'm also looking to get 80 dungeon but I can't risk/afford botting. Does members get better xp then free?

So... I just use my whip(training defence) start the bot, and let it run and gun until 80?

 

You can't bring your whip in, only dungeoneering items ... when you start you'll have some weapons, bind one, set your attack mode to defense, turn off style swap, and go.

It will automatically collect the materials + armor you need. It will take probably... 3 weeks

80 would take about a week if you play enough. Just be a good team player and you should have no problem. As for stats, people prefer players with good stats to make potions, get through doors, etc.

Dung is a fun skill to level for abou the first 10 min. Then you realize how slow the exp is and just want to die. The bots rake in about 10-20k exp per hour so getting to 80 will take some time. Good luck
