Player Auctions/Buying Gold Question

Scenario: I buy gold through PlayerAuctions, using PayPal, and im using a verified credit card and I buy like 250m gold.

Question: How long will it normally take for PA to give the seller the green light on giving me my gold?

Background: Before my credit card was verified and hooked up with my PayPal, I made a purchase through PA and they still hadn't verified my card after 2 days, then it took another 5-6 days to get my money after cancelling the order. I DO NOT WANT THIS HAPPENING AGAIN. That is why im posting here. If PA is going to take more than a few hours to verify my CC then I will not bother.

Basically I'm hoping that since my CC is verified w/paypal now, PA will quickly verify me to the seller. Is this true?
