    Bulkbuyer is a Scammer! $46.75
    Bulkbuyer scammed me out of 17 mil on Neopets.

    He said he would send me the 17 mil on a shell account. I got the info and the shell was empty. During this entire process, Bulkbuyer has had daily communication, up until he sent me the account info and I confronted him about the scam. Now he is not responding.

    This is my first time reporting a scammer, I have done alot of transactions on this site just fine. I can get more info if needed and I have more screen shots....
