Paying upto 15m to borrow a partyhat

Hey guys, I just want a partyhat as my forums avatar. Alot of people may not know what this is so I'll explain:

- When you post on forums, it shows your characters picture, of just his head.
- I want to have my character wearing a partyhat when I post on forums.

- The only way to get this done, is to go to the photobooth near falador, step inside and click take picture while wearing the partyhat.
- You cannot take pictures in the photobooth with borrowed items.

So my proposition is (Taking into consideration no one will 'give' me their partyhat to borrow):

- I will empty out my bank account on my character, and transfer them onto my other.
- I will give you my user/password and let you multilog and take the picture for me.

-- If you can do this, I am willing to pay upto 15M. 15M if it is a blue partyhat, lower if it is lower partyhats.

P.S - If no one has a partyhat, I may accept a Santa/H'ween, but won't pay too much for it, thanks.

You do know you can lend items.

 

You can't use lended items when taking photos in photobooth.

 

in other words hes trying to scam a party hat.

How exactly would this scam work? lol

 

He tells you to 'meet' him at the photobooth, where he logs on his mule account. Once he confirms you have the partyhat, he gives you the password to his account he wants the 'forum picture' on. You thinking its an easy 10-20m, goes on RSBuddy to transfer it over with. Once you have the phat on his account, he recovers it as a stolen account real fast. You get kicked off instantly.

That's why you charge them street price and then trade them back after. Hence what I proposed.
