45 def..so much better gear.

I would go with 45 defence: zerker and also barrows gloves,vengance and void, its only 3 combat levels more than 30 defence i believe

 

45 Defense for sure, vengeance + barrows gloves = win.

 

I would go with 45 def, more things available for the account to use = more variety and fun

 

I personally like 45 def, got it myself and I also got 95 prayer. I made the account long time ago and started playing again (got 95 prayer 4 days ago). Because I wanter turmoil, but now I get 46 def, because of the def exp you'll get from the quests. SO WATCH OUT, it's just to protect you from being wasted (just a warning)

But 45 def is awesome

 

30 defence is no better than a pure. I'd say go with 45.
