    -$334 on PayPal..?

K so some guy chargedback on me. First time, I won.... Next time, he filed a chargeback and I lost.

So.. now what? am I fucked? PayPal calls me all the time, well actually they've stopped for like a week now.. o.o

I heard if you answer the phone and say "I want proof of debt" it will work.

Also, I googled his email and found his address, phone number etc. So I'm gonna call this guy up and tell him "Hello are you xxxxx, xxx? My attorney told me that I have to let you know I'm taking you to Small Claims Court for internet fraud of $300" Just to scare him... think it'll work?

Oh, and I have my sisters cc hooked up to it but it got stolen and she canceled it.
I have real information on the account, etc. :L

To the ringing him part, if you have proof he scammed you just give him a call ask him are you ******** and if he says yes say something like 'return my $xxx or I will report you for internet fraud etc etc'
No need to pretend youre taking him to court.

I would inform paypal. If you have legitimate evidence of you providing the Goods he desired, there shouldn't be a problem. I would contact him and threaten him. Most people would get very frightened if that had happened to them.

I sold him 408M rsgp.. :S I have no proof.
I read some forums where people just ignore it and PayPal doesn't really do anything, they threaten to sue etc. but they don't actually do anything?

If your paypal has your real details in it (guessing it does since they have your number in it) you will be getting a default on your credit report.
If all they have is your phone number then get a new number.

If I were you I would at least try to scare the kid. If your under 18 and can get to his house go kick his ass. If your not that mad, don't fake taking him to court you'll need to think of something else. Let him know you mean business.

Call his parents and explain the situation, i'm pretty sure any parent wouldn't like to hear that their son stole $300 from someone over the internet :D.

    that would be plan stupid.

If they stopped calling I assume they are just going to get debt collectors to sort it out.
If you are called again, just front up, if they have all your real details there isnt a lot you can do but pay back the money.
you dont want to try to dispute it too much since you are under age and already going against their policy. Tell your parents to see if they can help you out.
If you just leave it as it is, it wont just go away. (if they have all your real details...)

Have a credit report is standard, but having a default on that report might cause problems for you later in life when you want to get loans etc
Dont know how it works for minors if you will still get one...

I think there's a good chance his son was the one who purchased the gold using his dad's paypal, but his dad found out and chargebacked as he didnt make the transaction. I doubt many 50 yr olds play RS.

Anyway, maybe you should try and get into contact and explain the situation with the person?

My mate had negative pp balance as well, they sent a bill to his house. He sent them his ID to prove he's a minor so he wouldn't have to pay. It worked

wrong, wrong, wrong. If anything, the buyer used 'Unauthorized-Transaction' for his dispute. Regardless if the seller made a good transaction, it doesn't matter. Same thing happened to me; sold some GP, got chargedback, showed evidence of me giving him virtual items, still lose dispute.
