How do I bot Soul Wars?

What I'm really asking is, how does the game not kick you out for inactivity because i remember one time I went to go beat the meat for 10 minutes, came back and i was in the SW lobby. How does the bot stay active exactly? Also are the SW ban rates high?

 

...Tmi. Hahah. And yeah, SW bans are pretty high from what I've heard.

 

Just trying to give a true story hahaha. The only reason why I was going to bot it was for charms and prayer exp.

 

i would say to effectively bot soul wars you find the most crowded world and select attack players at obelisk. I did this on my main for over a month bring and got 2.1k zeal and 95 pray and 99 atk/str just from attacking other players. Brig your best armour etc and you should be ok. This was around 5 months ago tho so im not sure about the ban rates now. I would just bot it for 95 prayer if thats what your going for tho wayyy cheaper than throwing down 200m+
