I gambled on DuelGP — I was playing roulette and it was my first time. I was betting on the first and second columns for a 33.33% chance to win, but it kept landing on high numbers. Then I started betting on individual numbers, and when I wanted to stop, tried to cash out, they said, “Mmm, you’re a scammer,” etc. I told them I could send my ID card and everything, but they still calling me scammer

Hey @Zulu would be happy to give you some insight, so the reason for locking this user's account is because he is a man-in-the-middle (MITM) scammer.

Essentially, he operates an imposter Discord account, pretending to be Yanlili. He tricks victims into thinking they’re dealing with the real Yanlili and convinces them to send money — usually $100–$200 — to us through our payment providers. The first time this happened, the victim sent funds via Revolut. This time, it was through Zelle.

We’re currently in the process of contacting Zelle to request a refund for the $100 that was sent. Unlike Cash App or other platforms where we can just hit "refund" Zelle requires us to go through their support system to resolve this.

How we know it’s a MITM scam:
We have a Zelle payment screenshot showing the transaction in question.
The payment included a suspicious note: “RS Yan”, which was added two days after the initial scam — this is what initially raised our suspicion.
The same behaviour was seen in the Revolut case, and we can provide screenshots for that as well if needed.
The scammer follows a clear pattern: gets victims to deposit funds, does a 1–2x wager, then withdraws slightly less (usually $10 less than the deposit) into crypto — making it untraceable.
The user involved does not speak English, which matches the behaviour we've seen in both cases.
We've documented everything in support ticket screenshots, which we can also provide to verify the situation.

First of all, the note was “deposit” — you gave me an email, and then it asked for a name, so I have written my RSN name “Yan” (in-game in OSRS). That’s why I simply written “RS Yan”, because it’s about the email anyway. You didn’t give me a name, you only gave me an email. Secondly, you say “RS Yan” was added two days after the scam — that’s not true. It happened today and I sent it to your Zelle email. I have just written “RS Yan” because my RSN in OSRS is “Yan” and I added “RS” in front for first and last name. You say it was added two days later — that’s not true, it happened today. I have clearly written “deposit” in the note because I was depositing to duelgp — you can also see that in the screenshot I uploaded: DEPOSIT. You say it was an “RS Yan” note — that’s not true, I have written “deposit”. Third, I said I could send you all the information to prove it’s me, but then you blocked my account and ended the chat, so now I can’t even open a new chat anymore. Fourth, you say I don’t speak English — then how am I making deposit and these reports? We were literally talking in English. Fifth, I only made one deposit. Sixth, like I said, I was playing on the first and second columns, but then I saw it kept landing on high numbers only, so I wanted to get out fast because your RPG is a scam. Then I just played numbers to get my money out and never come back to you. Seventh, why did you let me deposit then? Why did you let me play? Why didn’t you just say you’d send it back to my account? Why do you come with this after the withdraw? I do want proof that you’re calling me a scammer, because you’re lying in the report — you say the note was “RS Yan” but the note was “deposit”. With this, I have explained everything clearly and I want to remain anonymous on Sythe. i want you to provide evidence I DO WANT MY MONEY BACK. You say you wrote “deposit,” which you didn’t we have the screenshot, and it’s uploaded. The note was sent as "RS Yan."

Second of all, the “2-day” thing isn’t about the note. Two days after the initial scam, you sent a second victim to send us money via Zelle, and it followed the same pattern.

Third thing if you’re just a normal player, why did you create an account using a throwaway Rambler.ru (Russian) email and access the site from a polish VPS from RDP.sh when signing up and playing?

Also, let’s not pretend you were just “testing the site.” You definitely came with a plan right after hitting the wager requirement, you withdrew. You were playing $3 safe roulette spins just to make 70 cents per spin until the wager was complete. That’s not testing that’s trying to rinse a wager requirement with minimal risk.

And finally, I don’t understand why you’re so stressed. We’re refunding the Zelle account the money came from. If you actually own that Zelle account, and it’s truly yours, then you should have no issue waiting until it’s refunded to that account.

I want my payment in LTC, Just like i cashed out, its my money, so i decide.
My last bets were only 70 cents because I wanted to cash out quickly when I saw it kept landing on the third column. The winning odds are way too low — where is your license?

 

Just a quick update i have been given the details for the person who verifiably owns the Yan user name, I'm going to reach out to them so we can prove this guy is a liar and scammer and get this all over and done with.

My account suddenly got locked and I don’t know why. It won’t let me log in and I don’t have the recovery information anymore because I created it years ago. When I try to unlock it, it just takes me to the recovery page. I already showed you that my RSN is Yan, so that should have been enough, and now I’ve lost my account too. I’m really angry because you posted my RSN Yan publicly on these Sythe forums, and now I’ve lost my account as well. I had already sent my ID card, proof of address, and everything. This is really unfair.
