Is your account 43 prayer? if not I doubt it will be possible to kill the blood diamond boss since he hits 50x2 rapidly. Also I believe a cannon can't be used at kamil anymore, I've done this quest on an account with 30hp but the owner let me use mage to level hp.

 

Punj - you are right about the cannon part , it can't be longer used to kill kamil.

Life of Sin - I have done Desert Treasure 8 times and I can assure you it's impossible doing DT with 10hp without lvling it.
Even Fareed friend method got patched...

 

When did they take away the ability to use a cannon at kamil; recently? I was able to use one at him while doing Dt for someone a few weeks back. Other than that, like you have stated, the blood diamond would be the tricky part(if prayer is even available).

 

I'm pretty sure it hits 0s with cannon but kamils easy with a block I'm just saying its near impossible to do at 10hp since pyramid zombies hit 150+, dessosus hits 50x2 rapidly, fareed still needs to be continuously binded even with a cannon, also damis is impossible because a cannon can't fit in the safe spot, which means you have to mage unless you have prayer.

 

When I used the cannon on kamil, it was hitting just fine. I also know the other ones would be tricky to do, if at all possible, I was just pointing out that I had no problem cannoning kamil not too long ago.

 

43 prayer, and there's such thing as familiars lol
