Hitting Women

No its still not right Women are Considered as the weaker ones
If you need to hit a women. It only needs to be done in a death act or Defense if she has power over you.

 

Naaa. It's wrong by all means, the only way I can actually see it being right is if it's life threatening to be fair. Men can put up with it, women can't so in that case we should just forget it and get on with it.

 

I find it only acceptable to hit a woman IF.


She is Trying to kill you or trying to injure you seriously.

OR if she is trying to injure / kill someone I loved or a defenseless child ect..

 

ofcourse you should hit em back if they punch you, but i think that you dont need to really PUNCH them back, you could just slap them and they would be so surprised and stop punching you. althought its not illegal to punch a woman back some people would look at you like you were a freak

 

women should never be "hit" they're bodies aren't like mens. They get hurt alot easier, and they cant handle as much pain as men.

Many women would complain about that being 'sexist' and they are just as equal as men are physically and mentally.

 

Considering it has been scientifically proven that a man's body is physically stronger than a women's body, I really don't think that would be a sexist view. The anatomy of a man's body is different than that of a woman's body, to deny that difference would be ignorant.

 

I smart man i knew once said "My mother always told me never to hit a woman.... Unless she was stupid enough to hit me first" Probably the best way to put it in my opinion (obviously other factors come in to play, however this is in my opinion is the simplest way to put it)

 

I don't feel that starting a fight with a woman is appropriate; I do think that defending myself from anyone, even a woman, if I am in danger, is perfectly appropriate. To be fair, being slapped or punched by a woman is not usually going to hurt... if I was seriously in danger, I would defend myself, though.

 

If a woman pulled a weapon on me, then yes, I would knock her out.

However, if she slapped me, I might push her, but I doubt I'd do anymore than that.

 

Depends upon her looks, if shes one fat ugly scary looking b*atch. hey I'd stab her before she even knows it.

Hey really, just kidding. Anyway in the first place, just don't fight with a woman. arguing also won't help. If a woman has verbally abused you. Just walk out, trying to make comeback's will just make you look stupid.

 

I think if a woman hits the men first, then men should be able to hit her back. Yes I understand she's a woman, but then if the laws doesn't change, the women will take advantage of her rights.

While I agree that a man shouldn't be the one to initiate the fight, because initiating always makes you look bad no matter what you are, if a woman is really deserving why not physically stop her from doing something?
I thought women battled hard for equal rights, not above rights? Why should they have the right to hit a man and the man shouldn't have the right to hit back?
An earlier poster mentioned that if she hits a man and the man hits back, she is pressing charges.
That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard, or in this case read. She's going to initiate a fight and then press charges when the person who she hit decides to defend themselves?
It's ok to do that though because if it goes to court, there will be women on the jury who will side with her, and the men in the jury would have been raised the same way we are all raised which teaches us it's never right to hit a woman.

Men are becoming second-class citizens. Girls are growing up being taught to take the power, while boys are growing up being taught to share the power. This makes an imbalance.
How come if a girl is "good enough" at a sport or something, she can play on the boys team? This takes away spots on the team from the boys who would otherwise make the team. Oh, it's ok though because males are being taught to be tough and never complain, so these things just happen and everyone pretends to be ok with it.

Now about the men are physically stronger than women thing, a woman's argument always begins with "A woman can be just as strong as a man..." Right there whoever used that line just admitted that a woman can be just as strong or stronger, but by default and the majority of the time, she is not as strong. Thus a woman is only equally strong or stronger than a man in extreme circumstances which are the exception.

While I'm all for equal rights, and I'm not against modern-day chivalry, some women just take things too far. I've been in some one-way fights where the female is throwing slaps (or kicks) at you because I can control myself and be the "bigger man". But if a woman gets too out of control to the point where she is physically doing some damage, I'm going to stop her.

 

In the view of the law (State of Florida), regarding assault on anyone (man or woman), if you have the ability to retreat/flee, than you are not legally allowed to defend yourself. TOTAL BULLSHIT.

I think it's generally frowned upon to hit a woman when she slaps or pushes you. My feelings: It's best to take a deep breathe and walk away.

Fighting, in general, is illegal. Not only hitting a woman.

I feel like, with 2 people, the one superior in strength should restrain the inferior one. That way, the actual fighting doesn't occur. There is no, should a woman get hit, this, that, and the other?

If the two are close to equal in strength, and the only option is hit or get hit, I don't care what gender you are. You need to defend yourself, until the situation can be accessed by a higher authority figure, or the situation is diffused by itself.

 

There exists no ''right'' to hit another human being, and where the law permits violence, such as acts of self-defense, it does not distinguish between the two genders.

If you could substantiate your remarks about women being ''taught to take the power'' with a source, I'd appreciate it.

If a female is equally, if not more, proficient in an endeavor than her male counterpart, why should she not qualify over the male for the position?
