This journey has come to an end..

I have decided to quit Runescape for good. I really think this game has really effected my social life IRL, and it needs to stop. I have played this game since 2005. I am a senior in High School and i play Varsity baseball. I want to go to a good college and be successful in life, but that would be hard to do if im stuck on this game for 5+ hours a day.. So i am going to sell my 2 accounts that i made from scratch for IRL money, So i can buy something non-virtual...I believe that getting rid of the account is the best way for me to quit, because i have tried to quit before but never got rid of my accounts. So sure enough i came back less than a month later.. This is for good. Goodbye Runescape, and i know that im kind of new to sythe so i might not be able to sell my accounts, but if all else fails ill just sell to gold4rs.. a have a lvl 129 maxxed melee and lvl 94 tank..if anyone is interested by any means PM me..

Trust me dude, just put your account up on Playerauctions and end Runescape. Runescape once screwed up my grades and effected my social life in a negative way. I would stay inside all day just eating junk food and always had an urge to play. Your going to have to break the habit.

If you don't need the money that badly I'd recommend just dropping everything on the account and ruining it if possible, because if you sell it there's a chance you may be tempted to recover it, lose/lose situation there

 

Once i get rid of it, im going to have www.runescape.com blocked and im not gonna know the password. I am for sure that im done. Cold Turkey.

Runescape or any other MMORPG for that matter are not easy too quit. Even if you do sell your account, you're going to have an urge to come back to the game. Quitting is not easy, at all. But honestly, I wouldn't quit, I'd just limit my game hours and keep playing.

OT: Goodluck man and i suggest that you don't bot afterwards, it'll just lead you back in with "ohh jagex made a cool update i'll try it out" or "ohh i can bot up another acc and play". It's a repeating cycle.

gl bro, rs is hard to quit i cant tell you how many times ive told friends im qutting rs ect, it lasts no longer than a month. I think the longest time i quit was like 2 or 3 months lawl.
