Rbooher22 is a SCAMMER

Briefly explain the trade: Was attempting to sell a 1 month upgrade, had done so before. Wanted me to go first; this I had no problem with - but he wouldn't atleast show me the money.
He then mentioned he only had enough to pay for half, then he'd get the other half. I agreed, since last time I had gone first no problem, he gave me the half, i applied his membership and he logged out.
