Horror from the deep help.

I am training my f2p pker as a member and was wondering how hard horror from the deep is with 1 def 1 pray or is it even possible? And what would the range/str or Mage requirements be?

I have done this quest several times in the past but I've always had 43prayer. Any tips would be great!

It can be done.. however, it's not too easy.

Use a cannon if possible?

 

I know a safespot in the quest, did it at 1 def, 1 pray, 50 range.

 

You can safespot it with mage or range or whatever you want, you just gotta make sure u dont get hit or youde get ripped appart

 

It's reasonably easy if you know what your doing.
I'd reccomend levels of 60+ although it can be done at lower stats, but with some difficulty.

If you safespot she goes away from what I've heard

 

I did it on 30 Prayer with 40 Ranged, it was a little hard but I did it, I think I used the safespot, not sure. Just bring runes, a melee weapon, ranged stuff and Rocktails and you should be fine If that doesn't work keep trying.

 

I'm confused, didn't you say you're going to be a f2p pker? Why are you doing Horror?

 

It's not bad if you have fairly high hp along with recoils and a decent mage level.

 

Probly to get zammy book to train stats in mem, for more xp/hr.

OT: if you go behind the rocks next to the ladder and just wait till she gets to the color of attack your using (mage is best), then run out and attack, and run back when she changes colors you should be fine. i did it with 4 0range 1 prayer on an obby mauler, not that hard.

yeah its really easy, theres a safespot in the back right corner where u can wait till she changes to wat u can atatck and then run out and fight

 

I didn't even use safespots, just get it to melee you by running close to it. The melee hits less hard and less often.

 

In the safe spot I was getting hit... But I did easily on my lvl 45 FTP pure using magic spells

 

There is a safe spot, but I'm not sure if jagex has updated it to where its useless or not. Only one way to find out right?
