    I live in a dorm-room apartment building where everyone accessing the internet is on the same IP address from the ISP provider and I ran into an error saying that I cannot register on this website because someone else on my IP address has been banned, I am asking that this please be looked into so that I may be able to access this website, thank you for your time.
