FireZ - Awesome work in the dispute and RaSc section!

 

I've noticed that you take care of Off Topic reports very fast whenever someone sends one.

 

CSkiffingt1 - He's a neat guy, and does his job well. Activity has been down a bit recently, but you have your reasons. <3.
Farcast - Does a great job, has an awesome workload. Keep it up mate.
Louis - Too recent to comment thoroughly, but welcome back to the team .
Pokemoners - Beast. Does a ton of work around these forums, awesome work mate.
Sacro - Beast. Does a ton of work around these forums, awesome work mate.
Sengira - <3. Great guy to chat to, does more then his fair share of work around the forums.
RsProd - Derp.. :love:
Wulfspade1 - Very nice promotion, I'm consistently seeing you doing work around the forums. Awesome stuff.

Clashfan - Does the occasional thing around the forums, although activity doesn't seem to be that great tbh.
Dalpra - Great guy, does his fair share of reports. Always entertaining to talk to .
FireZ - JT, just JT. I have no idea how you manage to whack so many vaders so often, but without you, this forum wouldn't be the same.
Giddy - Same as Clash. Does the occasional thing around the forums, although activity doesn't seem to be that great tbh.
Karl - Great workload, great promotion. Good work Karl.
n4n0 - Likewise with JT, massive workload, great guy to talk to. Cheers for the help with my modding.
Nick - Great job with the donation service Nick, likewise with your stint as HOMM. Quick and responsive to any questions I have. <3.
Plznate - <3 Nate. Haven't been to active as of late, but you've had your reasons. <3<3.


Finn - Great guy, cool, calm and collective. Fulfills his job, and more.
Matthew - Head of Donations, not much else that needs to be said. Without you, we wouldn't be running as smoothly as we are. Thanks Matt.
SMR - Always willing to help when needed, although If possible, can we see you around the forums a little more? <3.
Sythe - Awesome work in handling the "Special Disputes". Much appreciated.
Verts- Really good to see the activity pick up in all-round forum work Verts, once again, a huge asset to the site.

 

My apologies for my terrible activity this month, its just been so busy. With exams, I didn't have much time, and now as soon as they're over I'm going on a week long vacation. As soon as I get back you'll be seeing a lot more from me!

Now for my input.

CSkiffingt1 - Inactive :love:
Farcast - Does a great job, keep doing what you're doing.
Louis - Just recently returned, I'll make another post later on (too early). Although, I will say that if you're as good a moderator as you were before you left, then I'd be more than pleased.
Pokemoners - Good job with the RaSp, keep it up!
Sacro - Don't see much from you, however I know you're a good moderator (previous work).
Sengira - This kid is a beast, keep it up!
RsProd - Recently came onto the team, and is giving the rest of the sectionals a run for their money. By far one of the best promotions since I joined the team.
Wulfspade1 - Good job in Off-Topic, but please stop editing my posts! <3

Karl - Your promotion to global was well deserved, and you're a pretty chill guy.
n4n0 - I can honestly say that this guy is one of my favorite Sythe.org members. Hes a great moderator, and I enjoy the conversations we have on MSN from time to time.
Nick - Another great global, whenever I need help and message you on msn, you always reply (though its usually delayed, its the thought that counts)!
Plznate - What can I say? Nate is an interesting character to say the least, and one of our best global moderators. Thanks for reforming the guide section!


Finn - Being an Administrator may be a serious job, but Finn really knows how to loosen up and have a laugh. Keep it up Finn, and remember, this site wouldn't be what it is without you!
Matthew - Does a lot for this website, with regards to donations as well as managing this site. Whenever there's an issue and you see that Matthew has posted, you can rest assured that it is resolved by the time you finish reading it!
SMR - I can honestly say that SMR is one of my favorite Administrators on Sythe. He's done a lot for me, with regards to my website, as well as helping me on Sythe. Not only that, but hes good for a chat when you need one!
Sythe - You must be frustrated with all the recent happenings, but rest assured that we appreciate everything you do for this site. Thanks for keeping this site alive!
Verts- You're a pretty cool gal to talk to, and you have a great sense of humor. Apart from that, you're an awesome Administrator, and we're lucky to have you on staff.

 

Yup, too bad he's not mod anymore, he used to do his work fine. (Should probably remove him from the list)

Finn, I think you need to take a break. I'm not trying to bash you, I just feel you need a break from sythe.org (Week, if not maybe more.)
I've spoken with people on msn and asked their opinion(I will not name them,) and they all said the same. They said you're kind of like a loose cannon on your "bad days"
I'm just looking out for the community and you my friend.
If you take this as a flame or whatnot, you can delete it, I'm not trying to muster stuff up. This is the staff feedback, and we're supposed to post what we, the member, feels the staff members need to pick up on. Sorry if it bothers you.

I personally think Finn does a fine job as it is, without a break. If he feels he needs a break, that's up to him and as far as I'm concerned, he couldn't do any better than hes doing.

As for him being a "loose cannon", we all lose our temper sometimes, especially when someone hits that "soft spot" that we all have.

 

CSkiffingt1 - Great moderator when you're active. I know you've had exams lately.

To be completely honest, I haven't seen much of you lately either.

 

Verts does a great job! She recently implemented the PS3 section, she's also extremely helpful, the admin team wouldn't be the same without her.

*shrug* guess I'm more of a silent worker. I've made a huge effort recently but I guess it's gone unnoticed by most.

 

Well as long as you're still getting stuff done, forget what I said.

 

From the inside you can tell Verts is doing her job guys, otherwise they would have demoted her for inactivity long ago....she takes care of a lot of things you guys will/can never see as well.

Admins also tend to not be post whores like some of us.

 

Verts- Has helped many people with problems and personal stuff i don't think she is inactive.

Firez- Keep up the good work in my opinion your the best Mod who gets the job done quick and effectively.
