Which PKer build?

My stats are currently:
60 attack
93 strength
44 defence

90 hp
74 pray

99 range
99 mage

-All imbued rings
-Void + deflector, BA torso and hat
-50 summoning (working on getting it up)
-99 firemaking (handcannon)
-Barrows gloves (most/all quest items)
-rigour, chaotic cbow. Working on stream/chaotic staff
-Venge group, and disruption shield






Now, looking at my 2 "maxed" builds, I have 2 options, a zerker or a "tank".

Tank:
61 attack (knights training)
99 strength (3 extra combat)
70-80 (piety, all dung shields, dragon boots, defender, bandos, armadyl, eventually pernix, virt, torva?)
99 hp

76 prayer (augury, rigour, piety)
99 mage
99 range

(I could get turm for an an additional ~3 combat)
This would be a good account for gwd, and most PvM while still being very effective in pvp. I would be hitting 10% less than turm zerkers, but be out hitting them in terms of mage and range. I also would not have soul split.





Zerker
80 attack
99 strength
46-50 defence (46-47 thru questing, 3 more for granite+dwarf helm possibly)
92-99 hp

95 prayer (turm)
99 range
99 mage

This would hit much higher due to Chaotic maul, ags and rapier access, but have little to no PvM potential. Also would it ever make sense to use the normal spellbook for rigour/aurgury to brid??



Thoughts? Anyone have similar accounts? What would you do?

 

I'd say forget about turmoil zerker, go tank

 

tbh i'd go with the tank build, those accounts are great for bridding

 

Whichever account you decide to go with it will end up owning in the wilderness. I personally would go with the Zerker account though, I think it can easily compete with the tank build and it is less common to see a nice zerker like that. You will stand out more and be much more powerful at your level with low defense. The turmoil is just another great addition. Whichever you choose good luck, I am sure it will be good.

 

I would go 75-99-99 midlevel (maxes at 114 cb)

You already have 153 attack+strength total which means you're melee-based, ie, not a ranged tank. I'm not a huge fan of 60-99-99 midlevels because 60 attack is honestly quite bad at the high combat level that 99 defense gets you, however 75 99 99 is pretty awesome so I suggest that.

Zerkers/runepures are just bad in my opinion - the low defense gets hit so much that you have to be an absolute douche to win fights (soulsplit, spec leech korasi etc) and even then you're normally only fighting other people who disadvantage their accs the same way (other zerkers / 30 defense accounts) because you can't win fights against higher defense builds such as ranged tanks / midlevel melee builds with 70+ def

 

Most likely would be going:
60/99/70-80

as i am melee based by 3 combat, and this puts me at the same combat as maxed zerkers. So piety + 99 str will work (claws) against their shitty defence

Berserker all the way, especially if you are going to get turmoil. I am nearly maxed on my berserker (the strength and magic atleast) and I only have 52 prayer and I still make alot of money from PvP.

 

im quite sure 61-99-75 is way better than 75-99-99
the 99 defence is just extra cb levels
you only need 60 attack because claws are fine for speccing and dscim with piety can hit just fine on 40 defence

Just got my ccbow today, and will get chaotic staff and stream before making a final decision

 

stay 60 attack and get 65-70 def and you can be a peity prod

 

He can't tank now... He's always going to be melee based.
Just go mid level,
75 defence, 80 attack rest maxed 116 combat.

Are you aware i am melee based by 3 combat levels allowing me to ALMOST hit as much with claws as a turm zerk, while still being an effective tank?
60/99/70 would be a tank build, melee based, but with 76 pray allow for augury/rigour which would mean range / mage tanking
