Tips for my new pure!!!

Well I would have to Sartre out saying that I havnt played since 2005. With boredom kicking in I'm deciding to work on a old low level account because I sold the others.

My stats are currently 40atk 56str 64 range 57 const 60 Mage. I plan on keeping him a f2p pker until he is around 85 or so str.

So heres my question. Is it ok to use cannon from like 65-75 range? I know I'll be missing out on some constitution levels but in the past you were aboutto go with out the levels. Your opinions would be great.

i think you would be fine. you wouldn't miss that much and pures arent meant to have much hp anyways
