Special attacks, special attack bar timer?

I am planning on doing a double korasi spec rush just to see how effective it is. I will start once I get the Ring of Vigour. However, if you are familiar with the tactic, you would know you need to use your first special attack just before you get the +10% spec back. I have 2 questions...

Does your special attack bar increase every 30 seconds no matter what? For example lets say I log in with 100% spec, 30 seconds later I should be able to get the 10%, but lets say I wait 5 minutes (landing it right on the 30 second increment)... Do I still get the special attack back? Or is it only 30 seconds after I log in?

Seconds question- are there any special attack bar timers out there? I saw one on youtube, but it looked like a virus.. I was practicing with claws-korasi using a stopwatch app and it was difficult...

 

I think it's just 30 seconds.

Also, just use an online stopwatch? Search in Google, you don't really need a special attack stopwatch.

 

Some Powerbot scripts can time spec bar increases/veng for you. Might wanna look into that.

 

try using swiftkit, it has a simple timer under the 'internal utilities' section
