and best spot to train 55 to 70 range?

For Strength training, if you have completed Legend's Quest, Shadow Warriors are the best for melee training. If not, cockroaches and ghouls are fair spots.

For ranged, you should bot Ranged in the Ranging Guild.

For ranged at your level it would be really good for you to kill the ogres in the cage at the King Lanthus training ground. You have to finish the Biohazard quest but it is really easy and well worth it for the spot. There is usually nobody there any you can get good exp, it is great for your ranged level. As for strength I would say Shadow warriors under the legends guild if you have Legends quest completed. If that does not work for you though you could go to hill giants, those are great for any level and make good exp for training. Good luck with your training
