Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

The vouch in question occurred while we were in the process of setting up Grace’s Gold, specifically testing the integration between our Discord and our Sythe vouch thread. A member of our team unintentionally submitted a vouch from our Sythe account purely to check if the link and formatting worked. While this was not a genuine trade vouch, it was not done with any malicious intent or to mislead the community.

That said, we fully recognise the seriousness of self-vouching and understand how important trust and transparency are on Sythe.

Since joining Sythe end of May 2025, we have received over 130+ legitimate vouches from trusted and well-established members within the gold-selling and RSPS communities. All of these vouches reflect genuine transactions and the positive experiences of real customers.

We have taken immediate and necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again:
1. No other workers have access to the account or the ability to post on our behalf.
2. We have carefully reviewed the Sythe rules and guidelines to ensure full compliance moving forward.

We deeply value the opportunity to be part of this marketplace and would appreciate reconsideration of the TWC tag based on the context, our clean record since, and the proactive steps we’ve taken to prevent any future issues.
