Which violation you are reporting the user for: Blackhat
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
I was a developer for a bit with them - never picked up any jobs.

probably 50% of the tickets with them were blatantly illegal jobs, I complained about it in the staff chat and nothing was done, they still take illegal / blackhat jobs
Examples I remember off the top of my head (lost access to the tickets channel)
1-
a user requesting a twitter bot to DM people who posted complaining about an issue with meta mask. Clearly the user was trying to phish people and he isnt a developer of metamask.

2-
a user requesting a site to fake amazon/walmart/ebay receipts - 100% being used to refund scam / phish people.

3-
a user requesting a facebook (i think?) copy - I didnt get the full ticket but given the history I would expect it to be a phishing site and not a similar site.

Unfortunately I don't really have proof as I was removed as a developer, but ask @mxstermind to see his recent tickets

Here is proof I was a developer with them - they still had me on a ticket despite removing my role
