u should bring up the range and mage levels so u have more hp for staking

 

No because the goal of that account is to be as low cb possible with the strongest stat so if i got him higher range and mage he would get cb up id just rather get his hp up by training str atk and def.

Anyway this account is for sale and wont be my business once sold
