No more locked accounts?

A friend just told me that there is no locked account recovery link.
I have checked it - that's true.

There are no more locks or is it somewhere else?

 

I think you just have to use recovery section for locked accounts, cause jagex still locks em

If they unlocked my old accounts that would be amazing...

But they kind of have to lock them. What would happen if a hacker got your info and you have to wait for the recovery process?

 

Any more information?
