Farm gold or Merchant?

Hey guys, I'm looking to either start merchanting RSGP here on sythe or to start farming gold on several accounts.

I have a few questions

• How do companies make their RSGP stock?
  
• Is there money to be made merchanting RSGP?

 

That depends, would you prefer to make 10 cents a mill sold or the full profit?

 

I think i could make more than 10 cents per mill profit >_<

 

There is A LOT of money to be made merchanting GP. Viou averages at about $150,000 a month, that is before you average out what he spends on buying gold and whatnot but it shows how much there is to be made.

To be honest, it would be smart to get yourself a little bot farm going, AND merchant GP at the same time, that way you get the best of both.

It just means making money on runescape using bots or doing it yourself.

Mining,fishing crafting ect.

Also, my opinion is that gp merching is the way to go if you want the fullest profit. If you don't mind spending loads of hours, etc on Sythe flipping gold. I might personally switch to farming.

 

Farming is more profitable if done right.

 

Most gold companies are from china, who run hundreds of bots, goldfarming.

If your an individual, it would be best to make money from merchanting, however merching is very risky, and it's not easy to always make money from it.

I'd say goldfarm/merch slowly while learning

 

What you you say are the average returns for an individual merchant say per week (that knows what there doing)

 

Staking is the way to go these days. Fuck 'earning' gold. You kick ass and win that shit.

 

Since my laptop can only handle 1-2 bots at a time, merching RSGP for me

Although a beast desktop that can run 20 bots+ should make a decent income imo..

 

they do both like 10-20 accounts frost dragons and merchant in mainwhile here,

 

Have you ever walked to the flax field/green dragons. Those are all gold farmers.

 

I'd say its down to preference and skill and just doing what suits you best
Able to spend hours on end merching? Choose that
Only at the computer an hour or two per day? Gold Farm
If it's somewhere between them then pick a happy medium.
Or if your just an extremely good merchanter/negotiator then you know what you should choose, the same goes for if this is your downfall.

I do not profit $150k a month. Nonetheless, I do make more than enough to make trading gold a worthwhile pastime.

On topic: Hopping in to the gold market is extremely difficult. You will have no contacts, no trust, and likely small up front capital. You will face difficulties getting sales and making profits after fees and taxes take their cut. I don't really recommend it as it is easily possible to lose money by selling on PayPal. Unfortunately, avoiding PayPal will cause a loss of 80% of sales volume. Good luck with whatever you do but making thousands trading gold is quite difficult and time consuming.

 

Sorry to double post but I vehemently disagree. I'd love to hear any numbers you have to back up this claim but I'm certain that unless you are running literally thousands of bots there is no way a botter can pull down more a month than a top gold trader. Definitely would love to see whatever data you have to this affect.

 

Well it deppends really how good you are at learning the graphs and things like that.The only thing i will say is that merchanting is a very bad idea if ou dont know what you are doing.There are also other ways to make money out there such as boxing and staking .Before you go into one method make sure you check the rest .

 

He's talking about merchanting RSGP with real life money. Graphs are irrelevant in this business.
