    Again. Post the entire transcript.

    Your TOS is saying one thing. Worker and Manager where fine with me logging in. And you stated it was only "discouraged"

    So yeah... what do we go with? Make your mind up.

    I also believe what you are referring to in terms of "logging in" is actually #4 on your TOS. Not #1. Try again.

    There is very little that can be done here for the following reasons:
    • The Terms of Service (TOS) cover liability in the event of a ban and clearly state that the service is not responsible.
    • The remaining portion of the service has been refunded at the correct prorated amount.
    • We cannot determine who caused the ban. Multiple people were accessing the account, so we cannot confirm whether it was @Wishy96, a @PENG worker, or even someone else entirely.
    • Worth mentioning, this appears to be outside the scope of the Discord: imgur.com. PENG should speak with their worker to prevent this from happening again in the future, but regardless, we cannot definitively prove who caused the ban.

    @Wishy96, I’m sorry for your loss, but unfortunately, there isn’t much more we can do in this situation.
