Explanation of the trade: Ordered 50k Bloods Along with 33-69 Slayer for my Ironman in PENG Services. Opened the ticket, got a price and explained there would be a delay in me paying due to being away with work. Eventually got started after paying. Worker noite was great, communication was top notch. I asked if i could play in his downtime due to wanting to finish questing & get ready for CG. Worker agreed that was fine. Worker asks for a new JL code yesterday (30/06). Work continues. I get a message in the ticket from the worker claiming my account was banned. Worker was last online around 1am (GMT+1).
Theyve then explained that due to my account having a TEMP ban in April that my account was more at risk of being banned... (Explain that logic). This is the 2nd Service provider to get a ban on my account.

How they scammed: Got my account banned but wont Remake...

Hello,

To begin with, noite has been a long term senior worker of PENG Services. He's a beloved worker by many customers and has earned great amounts of $ by tips and work performed up to date. We've never had complaints or anything close from this worker.

Customer requested from the start what the timezone of the worker was, so he could ''work around it''; imgur.com so he could do his ''farm runs etc.''

He admit he got banned earlier in April with another service provider (Wishy96 is a worker manager here, a worker of him bot agility back then is what he's saying).. he however could not provide proof requested.

I've told him that there is not much we can do, especially him logging in daily. There are no signals of my worker botting, neither would this be plausible to believe in combination with the workers' reputation. (live updates are given live in the ticket where customers can witness live updates)

Wishy96 was not happy with my outcome, hence he took it to sythe.

We will be awaiting for a sythe moderator to chime in

You asked how I played around the workers hours. And I explained I played 7am-12pm.

Not once did I mention i had played today. So please dont twist my words.

Please also include the accusations you made regarding me botting and also using OSMB. Which where both false.

 

Again. Unsure how a previous Temp ban via another Service Provider in April has anything to do with this now.

However your Community Manager did say my account was more at risk regardless of what is done on my account. Which is false also

The underlying question I asked you; is to show proof that a worker of Gilded Grind has actually bot or if you're just yapping to throw it on someone, while you may be familiar with botting. You have not replied to this question or shown me proof about this.

The fact I noticed your mutuals with OS Mobile discord is just another thing.

But let's stick to the topic as I told you on discord as it looks rather looks like you're concerned about accusations and showing me definitions of english words rather than being upset that Noite has bot your account.

In the meantime, the worker has sent me a folder with level up screenshots from Runelite. I will not post it into public as this will expose customers' IGN; this however is available if needed/requested by a sythe mod

 

Im not really concerned about my IGN being shown. The account is banned.

Also. My previous temp ban is of no relevance. And I will not be providing proof as again, irrelevant to THIS report. As that matter was handled internally. With the worker leaving the server.

Customer has been refunded the part that wasn't completed & banned from our discord.

 

Again. Never denied connection in any server.

Again. Having a role does not mean I use the resources available.

 

Id also like to point out for some reason the goon squad have started to attack me on my profile.

From the few times a similar case has happened in PENG, the customer always had (coincedence?) a subscription or higher rankings in botting discords. The only difference between you and them, is that 80% has the balls to admit they have botted recently or in the past and you're the 20% that is not being able to deal with your loss.

This report is purely an attempt to get money out of PENG Services, as you've probably invested proper amounts in scripts and services for this same account.

Let me tell you clear: PENG Services has a zero tolerance policy for botting or any malicious activity to customers accounts. This is being monitored by our staff team.

 

So I came here as we couldn't come to a fair resolution.

And your now deciding to attack.

I will always thank workers, community staff and helpers regardless of what happened. It's called respect and decency. Maybe learn what they mean.

That account has never had a script, client or plugin used on it BY ME. But you'll no doubt twist what ive just said

I have spent aprox $400 (possibly more) on services for this account. Why would I then risk it with the stage it was at?

But no worries. Again. Assumptions. Just like you assumed i used scripts because of a role I have in a discord.

Im in numerous bot discords, plugin discords and numerous other discords. Guess that makes me guilty?

How often are your staff rotating proxies? As I'd assume a proxy was used?

If a proxy wasn't used. Please correct me. Along with an approximate location of where your worker was from

 

The remaining was refunded. I currently dont have a dispute to this as he had the decency to refund.

I agreed to the TOS. No where was it stated that I COULDNT play my account. It was stated that it was discouraged.

Neither the worker. Nor Ticket Manager/Community Manager (Whatever the role was that was handling things LUNAG) said I wasn't to play.

Him logging in was not accidental and not in consultation with the worker. He claimed to be logged in (almost) every morning.

 

Okay. Post the full ticket transcript. Instead of bullshitting

 

Maybe stop yapping so much, you haven't asked the worker once to login and you've admit earlier in this report that you did login since I was ''twisting your words''.

Whatever Pikachu is in need of will be hand over. There is, once again, not a single reason to believe Noite has bot your account.
