This is a second pardon attempt to the pardon I made in August of 2024 that was denied, it has been 10 months and 2 weeks since my last pardon and I would like to try again to rejoin the community.

With Yoshiki assisting, every report has been gone through and any debts have been paid to the community funds seeing as majority of the debt was from 10-15 years ago making it hard to pay back individuals.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
Every account, every scam, every report has been brought to light and I have paid back everything that had ever been scammed by me.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
About 15 years ago I had made my first account on here and being my 16 year old self, I had bad intentions when joining, being completely oblivious to the consequences and the hurt I was doing to others. I had made several accounts offering free firecapes and would log onto accounts and just take the money, some of the accounts I had offered free skilling and did the same thing. I eventually quit Runescape and took a break from Sythe.
About 2016 I made a new account (ban evaded) named Runelive123 and had a mishap in the dicing section with Im Solo, I had tried to void a dice bet, at the same second Im Solo called it.. with Im Solo winning. His roll came before my void and I don't know if it was just out of ego or ignorance of thinking that I had already voided it, I refused to pay him out and was banned.
My most recent account made was Skull me BB in 2024 and I didn't join to scam, I had joined to participate in the market. I ban evaded and made the account and was banned for ban evasion.

I am willing to answer any questions or concerns you might have, or anything that you feel is unanswered, I am sorry if my timeline is not 100 percent correct, but it's hard for me to remember from 2010.
I know I expressed this in my last post but I am 31 years old now and I truly am sorry for anyone I have hurt or anyone that I have burned trust with.
I will fully understand the staffs decision on this pardon no matter the outcome. But I truly do want to come back as an older more mature user.
