    You could try Cownap's f2p staking clan "Stake Nation"

    I think the clan functions about the same way as you're trying to do with Paypal, except it's a little easier and more efficient.

    Yea I would recommend checking out a few F2p staking clans. If those clans like "Stake Nation" do not appeal to you there is a few other clans that use Clan wars as a staking area, it is a little more risky but based on an honor system like you are looking to do. This way you can do a lot of higher stakes as well.
