Soul Rich / KoS - Stolen software / Defamation

This was something I had no intention of reporting but I have had multiple false accusations from Soul Rich and the remaining KoS staff Here, Here and the document in the other report. I apologise in advance for taking up Sythe staff time, but the libel is getting out of hand. Then to find out about the illegal cracking and distribution of my software pushed it over the edge.

For transparency and context, I want to state unequivocally that KoS had no ownership rights to the software listed below.

All rights to the software remain with the original developers. KoS did not fund the development or cover server costs for any of the bots involved. > > Some hosts paid for premium features on subscription, and all hosts contributed a processing (developer) fee on every stake that passed through the ICS system. When ICS launched, the host commission was adjusted from 5% to 2.5%, broken down as follows: > - 1.25% to the caller > - 0.25% developer fee > - 0.25% owner fee > - 0.75% to the house (EV) > > The developer fee covered system usage and processing—not ownership. At no point was there any agreement or contract indicating KoS held rights to the software. In fact, no such contract ever existed, outside the rejected proposal we offered them.

KoS never owned any of the IP above, never contributed to development nor had any contracts in place for ownership.After the “Shin incident” KoS owners did not like that they did not own or run any of our software to which we proposed a contract in which they would directly pay for development of a full rework and would have access to, and ownership of, the code. They refused. As to the specifics of this report:

KoS Stole, cracked (blackhat), and redistributed software illegally. My OSBot script was stolen, decompiled, had my authentication locks removed, my name replaced to “ByteKing” and redistributed by KoS for hosts to use. I personally don’t mind leaking the source, he almost entirely replaced me from the bot (although a side by side comparison shows it is my bot) except that he left my debug exemption in (in the same function in which he states that if the script is out of date to contact ByteKing) where using a specific OSBot account with no parameters default to me in debug mode.

I have original source code and the decompiled code that I am happy to share with Sythe team.

Firstly, Matt/Gby were consistently getting paid dev fees, received a share of ICS profits and earned calculator subscription-related income. They were actively commissioned to build and maintain software according to OUR specifications over the years - paid for by US intended for OUR exclusive use & operations. To now suggest KOS had no assumed rights or claim to these tools is both disingenuous and revisionist take on how our systems operated for YEARS, and ignores the practical reality of things.

Once again, another report where they're manipulating a delicate & complex situation to fit their narrative completely. They're fully aware the original story is completely different, yet they're choosing to distort the truth to support their claims - again.

They are leveraging the lack of preserved documentation (due to Discord bans and lost messages) to shape a one-sided narrative, fully aware the context has been lost. The so-called “shin incident” is absolutely irrelevant to this report and no need to bring @Shin into this.

This is why they are also not able to provide any proof - because none exists. Instead, what followed was a series of verbal and Discord-based agreements (standard in close-knit online communities) in which we paid ongoing development fees. These weren’t freelance experiments - we assumed, as any PAYING party reasonably would, that we had full rights to what was being made for us.

They have NO binding documentation of ownership on their side either - only an outdated website development proposal that NEVER materialised. Much of the conversations/agreements after this relating to the final ICS agreement were done verbally, through calls or just via discord, as everyone has been around for 5-10+ years and considered each other fairly good friends with long standing trust. They know this. In the end, they were getting paid a DEV fee to DEVELOP for us, from us, and the calc fee as mentioned was paid for by hosts for premium features of the calculator as an extra bonus for them, after we gave them permission to do so.

They were getting paid thousands a month, far beyond a token fee - for active development work. Without notice, they shut down core systems, disabled our bots, exploited our bettors and tried to cause as much damage as they could whilst opening up their own gambling discord - complete with a VIP transfer programme to steal VIP's, poaching as many people as they physically could, with the knowledge that we're going to take a while to get back up and running again. This wasn’t a parting of ways or a peaceful exit - it was sabotage. That context is critical.

Regardless, we've spent a lot of time, effort and money - and re-coded everything from SCRATCH, with nothing left to spare, for the many bots Matt is claiming to own.

As for the OSBot script – the developer didn’t hack anything. The script wasn’t obfuscated or protected in any way. If anything, it was Matt himself who went out of his way to illegaly gain access & decompile our code. By doing that, he exposed sensitive endpoints on our server using client-side code that wasn’t meant to be public & meant to stay within KoS. That’s on him.

Also, the only way he could’ve even gotten access to the script was through one of our hosts – which means he was involved in some level of espionage or went behind our backs to get it. That’s the real issue here, Matt essentially has admitted to blackhat activity himself. No authentication locks were removed. That part is just completely false.

At the end of the day, we’ve worked tirelessly to recover from their sabotage. To now be accused of theft by the very people who attempted to undercut and dismantle us is both ironic and deeply frustrating.

We’re happy to provide whatever evidence is needed to support our position. I hope it's very clear to see, especially with 3 consecutive reports filled with slander and misinformation/irrelevant material, that this is less about facts and more about pushing a personal vendetta. This is nothing more than an ongoing witch hunt.
