Guys, should I cancel the investigation and hope for a refund? I really dont want to have to go through my bank. They will have to cancel my cards, send me a letter in the mail (don't have a mailbox atm). and wait for my funds to appear. What should I do?

 

How hard is it to just click 'Issue Refund'. No product was deliver and therefore there shouldn't be a problem.

Why on earth would he want to close it BEFORE he got a refund?

Once he has closed it, there is no reason for you to refund him.

The only reason you are even thinking of refunding him is because of the investigation lol.

 

I'm reading this post and I seriously can't believe a site is giving so much run around... I work at a Wendy's... if you call and say you didn't get a burger... we give you the damn burger! If you call and say you didn't get the burger and you want your money back, we give you the damn money back! Business is a simple thing... He didn't get his product because you gave him a payment option that supposedly wasn't allowed to be used and then told him to pay a different way while still holding his money?... I don't think so... Give the guy his damn money and say thank you for your understanding in the matter, "regards" ya stupid b*tch.

I ordered money off USfine hoping for a real good deal... I payed over paypal- the transaction was great and they got the money... the they say
"hello, to complete your order we need a picture of your driving lisence, passport and credit card"

...Sounds like some identity fraud to me.

They are not letting me have a refund, so I am deciding to write to paypal and get them to shut down the site for illegal activities

Exactly, and it won't let me close the investigation either. My account is limited via my request and just give me the money back. If I have to force get my money back without you guys giving it back this thread will stand. Give me my money back TODAY. It's been 3 days

This angie lady is bullshitting you, she wants you to close the transaction because its prolly written in fine print somewhere, that when the sale is canceled you cant get refunded. What usfine is doing is completely unethical and they can go fuck themselves. Usfineangie, get a real fucking job.

This scandalous bullsh*t is why I wish "companies" like theses were located in America, not china. That way eventually someone in the area would take a short trip to their front door and raise a real dispute.

Sh*t, I was gonna sell an account to a gold selling company a while back and the reason I didn't was because it was like a 3rd of what I wanted the account for (eventually sold it for my wanted price btw ). I'm kinda glad their price was so low for it cause I didn't hear about companies doin this sh*t til afterwards.

 

No real idea why someone like you who uses Sythe would ever pay the exorbitant prices Usfine charges and endure terrible customer service. While this does suck, I'm putting the blame on you for this occurrence. You know better.

 

It was because I was looking for a quick 1b, fast and with no problems. I have ordered 20-30m from them in the past, and already had my bank set up to my paypal, and the only original reason I had joined here was because of this. But now I want to be apart of the community.
