requesting IP ban for someone trying to buy sythe accounts

So I get an add from this kid, [email protected]

and here is what he said to me (I apologize for my language but I couldn't edit it out since that would be tampering with evidence... >_< )



Then I said I got his ip but that was just a scare tactic, but then I felt like actually getting him banned so I linked him to a thread like 50 pages back where no one else would possibly be looking, I got him to go to it by saying " my friend might be selling his acc" (pro lure xD) and bam, look what happened
