    He was banned for evading several accounts, charged me back after paying me $188 with stolen paypal accounts. he has, form what I have seen, a pretty damn good phisher as he was showing off 20+ accounts and the scroll bar suggested way more.

    I'll PM proof of at least the chargeback.
    I can only send logs of the admitting to hack PayPal accounts.
