If JaGex started selling gold on their site...

How much would you think they would sell p/m.

With their grubby little hands trying to grab every last penny of profit, I wouldn't be suprised if this was their last resort.

 

I think that this will completely ruin the runescape economy. However they'll prob sell $1/M or like $2/M

$1/M. However, Runescape isn't a game that is designed to incorporate a cash shop. It would fail utterly, and more simply letting the game die on its on natural accord would yield more profit than any cash shop would.

 

If this is true. Im going to buy bunny ears + scythe. Then wait abit until jester hats and scarves peak. Then smack' im rich.

this will never happen jagex makes a lot of money from this game and doing that will just ruin it. Maybe when the end of runescape is coming they will do that for few months and close it....

Rumors are simply that.. Rumors.. They're not going to make non-tradeable items tradeable all of a sudden. Also like everyone else has said, they'd make it way overpriced. 1-3$ a mil

 

They've already shown us they don't care about inflation with the PVP statuettes.

you do realise the katana comes with membership its bascily an insentive for membership not all these people are making it seem like OMG there selling items! no.. there selling membership with an incentive.

If Jagex basically allowed RWT. People wouldn't buy from Jagex.. they'd buy from Sythe. Sythe is like .70/M Jagex would overcharge.

It would ruin the games' economy and is against jagex's philosophy. Wont happen but i think they would be $5/M
