The following is primarily my decision with inputs from the staff team, any of the information can be seen in the thread and or by staff members if it's deleted for privacy. This report is very complex and it isn't easy to come to a quick conclusion. I see both sides, and have also been in favor on both sides, changing depending on what was provided. @Soul Rich / King of Stakes / KOS will be DNTd with a debt to repay those affected in the 90 mage staker/bettor. It should also be known that it is possible for the KOS team to change odds, giveaways, ect and ect at any moment. As with most discord gambling servers. Its wise to remember these ttpe of servers stay in business because they have the better odds, and they can obviously manipulate data. I will post more later, but this is the overall outcome.

 

If you would like to claim back what you bet during this 90 magic shenanigans , please contact me. This debt is considered repaid. The DNT will remain and King of Stakes / Soul Rich will need to pardon for overall responsibility in allowing a deceptive staking account (90 magic) to be used. Though he didn’t directly use it, he led the team that did, made repayment difficult, and only reimbursed after being pressured.
