ESB Leader scammed me 6 dollars

I paid him 6 dollars for a pin and he never gave it, as clear from the screenshot below I sent it at 21:37, it is now 23:30 in the UK and I still haven't gotten it.

Note, my display is ''Billy Jean'' throughout. Felt I need to point that out since he changes his display halfway through the convo, and yes I am using windows messenger LOL, it's my xp notebook... there is also transaction proof to the right.














So yeah, I sent him the money and he started taking long to reply then made up a bullshit story. I made clear I was going to report him, and he stopped replying and he still hasn't replied now and it's 23:35.
