Are rare's worth it?

Hey guys I have a few rares and I'm starting to wonder if there worth it or not. They have no bonuses and if anything their only a good long term investment. Which now I'm not even sure about because I've heard a lot of talk about RS being dead in 5 years.

So, should I sell my rares and use them to get 99 Herblore/Contruction/Crafting?

I have a Blue and Red H'ween Mask.

 

Short answer, No

You will make money in TIME on them , but do yiu have time? I'd rather spend cash on skills / armour for pking / PVMing...

I think they are. I don't know any rare that hasn't sky rocketed in price. I regret not keeping some rare items when I had them.

Although if it's skills you want and you aren't worried about the GP, why not.

Longterm yes, but if short term then dunno, if you're about to use the cash somewhere i'd say sell it
