76 str and getting 28k at ghouls

Im Using a D long and full rune (g) with d boots and im getting 28k xp per hour at ghouls whats going on i hear i should be getting 40-50k help help?

 

D long has a low dps. Try d scim/brackish blade or whip/Sara sword if you can use one

 

What are you other stats?
Are you using super pots?

You should really be training with a dragon scimitar/Sarasword to get better exp. It would be even better if you could use a whip.

Super pot is like Super Attack and Super Strength., they boost your combat levels gaining you more exp/hr.

your getting shit exp cuz there are a ton of kids there 24/7. you compete to get a monster

 

You're going to want to get a Salve Amulet (e). That's what makes training on undead creatures net you about 40 - 100k exp / hour.

 

This is a great idea. I wouldn't have thought of this. Add the amulet to a whip and you should be good to go

Ghouls aren't considered undead. As they shouldn't, because they aren't.

 

Definitely use super attack and super strength, reasonably cheap, increase your dps by a lot.

Full void melee+ salve ammy(e) +Sara sword + Super att & str = ownage xp there.
