Unjust Ban and Lack of Communication from Soul Rich & King of Stakes – Request for Review

Hello, my name is Joy. I have been a loyal and active host in King of Stakes (KOS) since the end of 2017. I began my journey from the lowest host rank available and have steadily progressed over the years up to 60b RS3/6b 07 max rank worth approximately $12,000.

Recently, I was banned from KOS without any explanation or prior warning. This came shortly after my real life brother, Hero who was also a host in KOS left to join Runecade. A few days after his departure, my host account received a ban. I attempted to reach out to all three KOS owners to inquire about the situation but received no response. When I tried contacting them through another account, I was banned again, leaving me with no way to communicate.

As a result, I am forced to write this public report in the hopes of being heard.

For further context, around two years ago KOS introduced an option for hosts to share their accounts under “offices.” I paid another $5,000 to participate in this system, where I would receive 20% of the earnings from the host account, with 40% going to the clan and 40% to the office owner. My brother, Hero, handled communications with office owners and collected payments on my behalf. However, this does not mean the account belongs to him. I am, and always have been, the sole owner of the Joy account.

Unfortunately, an admin named Reaper has publicly claimed in the Lounge channel that I am not the owner of the account: Screenshot - b3efd0da36d0a09ab281e8209f5f1021 - Gyazo - This is false and highly damaging. To add to things that came from Reaper is this message that came 3 months before this Screenshot - 77ace9eb0d591003ca5ff449abcd7c1a - Gyazo as i mentioned above i had to pay $5000 2 years ago in order to be able to share where one of the rules was having 2 of the highest ranks (which i did have) until Reaper out of nowhere decided to release new high rank a year ago (which not a single person bought) basically "blackmailing" us into upgrading for another $2500 or losing the ability to share for which i had already paid $5000.

I have always been loyal to KOS, and until now, have never had a single issue. This situation is deeply upsetting, and I truly regret being forced to take this step. I am only doing so because I have been completely ignored and silenced by those in charge.

I respectfully ask that this matter be properly reviewed.

Hello again, so to explain some context:

- JOY was a rank in our server for a few years, along with his brother HERO.
- JOY "retired" his rank, and placed it under office control as he was too busy to host, where he received a % of profits that host rank made hosting, YEARS ago. This was an option given to people instead of quitting entirely they can make some passive income without hosting themselves.
- HERO, Joy's brother, controlled his rank entirely in terms of collecting payments, all communications, as JOY has stated. Again, we've not seen JOY around for a very long time, HERO has managed this account entirely and been making all decisions relating to it, including management decisions such as changing offices etc.
- HERO unfortunately, was part of the whole RUNECADE scandal, and was one of the few people who decided to assist the devs in their attempt to ruin KOS and start their own server due to greed, stealing bots, luring bettors, spreading false/fake rumors/info etc, as you all already know. All the RuneCade crew made it extremely obvious by leaving KOS at the exact same time and being ranked in their new server, and made no attempt to cover it up.
- After YEARS of not seeing/hearing from JOY, he suddenly decides to turn up and realises the consequences of his own brothers actions to find his account de-ranked. To us, we have no idea if it's HERO or JOY coming on an alt trying to talk to us, since we've not heard from JOY in years, but as now we have nothing to do with HERO or any of his comrades, nevertheless, not sure if this falls under sythe rules, but we're fully within our right to remove his rank, as our rules show:

Just want to clarify, prior to recent events & Vader issue - we VERY rarely ever de-rank people, it's been years/a very long time since someone actually got de-ranked. So for this to happen, is an extremely rare occurrence and understandably as JOY trusted his brother, HERO, to run his rank for him, HERO unfortunately let him down by doing what he did, and even tho this isn't needed, he even acknowledges this here from years ago: imgur.com
