"G reg" Scammer - OSRS Account

I listed my OSRS account, "G reg" reached out to purchase it via Forum and Discord.

Attached is a video of the entire conversation on Discord, including proof of the Discord ID he uses. This same Discord ID is what he presented to me on the forum, which was my basis for verifying the Forum and Discord account as the same person.

TLDR; I gave him access to my account, let him change the email and obtain ownership, afterwards he told me I'd have to wait 2-12 hours before he would send payment. He said they go through a "3rd party" which he had never specified before.

13 hours later, after no prior communication, he says payment will be sent in "1-3 hours" through Venmo. Venmo is an instant payment transaction, and it has been 9 hours since he said that.

Since then he has ignored all my messages on Discord and kept giving excuses as to why he can't send the money.

Everything I described is shown in the video, along with his Discord ID, which he showed during his initial message to me.

I am owed $300, he has not provided payment despite taking ownership of my account nearly 24 hours ago.

I am sure he will give 1000 excuses and keep delaying, but if theres one thing to be learned, its that you shouldn't trust this user with your business or your assets.

UPDATE: He threatened to have the account banned, after refusing to pay the $300 for it and being exposed.

Hey, just thought I'd also comment here.

I've currently got a post where i'm advertising looking for a near maxed main. Woke up to see he'd added me (G reg)

After some back and foward and being blocked, he's tried offering me this users account he's scammed.

UPDATE: "G reg" threatens to have my account, which he stole without payment, banned by Jagex.

He made this threat and blocked me after I exposed what he was up to. As you can see, he also tried to sell my account to Kachow and failed.

"G reg" takes your assets, doesn't pay, and makes threats when exposed. Its time for the Moderators to review this evidence and take action.

Thanks for sharing, "G reg" completed his scam of my account without paying the $300, and then tried to sell it
for $600. His greed should be punished by the Moderators.
