How do merchants do it??!?

Im having trouble finding items

 

I think your best bet would be doing some PvM for money. I think merchanting is only really good nowdays with a large amount of money (100M+)

 

Yeah I did d platelegs for 193k and sold them all for 193.5k like thats not that great

 

The only good money in merching now a days = Short term / Long term investing.

Flipping is near impossible to find items now, as there are no limits.
Takes me like 3 hours just to find a decent item half the time, so I'm sticking to investing now.

Also you need a decent amount of money to merchant.

 

You guys can have fun being lost and decide not to flip, fine by me. bigger margins.

just letting you know you are doing something wrong as I can make at LEAST 1m/hr by flipping with around 20m.

 

But excessively botting, buying $30 VPS so you can bot on your multitude of accounts, that's still a game, right?

 

Yeah i feel botting is the only way to get cash on this game anymore

 

Yeh flipping is definitly how they do it you can make a lot of money flipping.I find ores and bars are best for me.As i am f2p.

 

instead of playing rs, get a job at mcd's, 9$ an hour. thats like 15m an hour!! wow

I can make 1.5m/hr with only 5m.
You have to find items that are low volume and go for huge margins.

 

Flip items that are rapidly rising or crashing. Some people will say you shouldn't flip items that are crashing, but it works great because you can buy stuff for lower than what it's selling for. I'm not sure on the most recent prices , but third-age usually works great. I also like flipping third-age because it doesn't update everyday. I made 1.5-2m each flipping third-age range top and bottoms. So 100m should make you 10-20m a day depending how often you check in.

 

If you don't have a lot of money flip something cheaper, for example eyes of newt. I just bought 100k eyes of newt for 65 each and sold them at 75 each. It's not as great, but it's a start.
