Well, all you have to do is create an animation and save it as a GIF. It's actually really simple, so you can go ahead and Google how to do it. You can do it in Photoshop or specific animating programs such as Macromedia Studio.

 

I'd rather have someone who knows what there doing, do it for me, so it looks professional.
