How much money do you got atm?

30 grand for a house? That ridiculous, just use 10 grand as a down for a loan and get a duplex and rent out one section for 600+ a month. Theres 20 grand in your pocket and they'll pay the mortgage and hell free place to live.

Plus some extra cash since the mortgage is probably only gonna be 450 depending on where you live.

 

I earn $1100+ a week and some how I owe the bank 10k lol.. I literally blow all my cash On clothes, traveling, drinking and coke haha.

Actually the dumbest thing I brought was that yellow party hat as I just diced it away haha.

I rather have fun now before I'm too old to enjoy the good
Stuff.

 

Looking to get a house around $350,000.
Would rather put all money foward so I dont have to pay LMI, so I need 20% for a deposit. So I need to save another $38,000 (dont forget stamp duty would be $9775)

If I went ahead on 10% I would have LMI at 2.20%. fark that....

Well, I have a 2002 Taurus which was a $20,000 car when I bought it. Paid off now and probably worth about 12-17k since it only has about 47k miles on it.

I have a $300 guitar and amp,
$3000 computer,
a whole store full of clothes,
$200 skateboard that I never use,
ps2 with like 30 games,
some 360 games (no 360 lol),
$300 shortwave radio
>$100 bike
$270 RC car
room full of computer parts worth around 2-4k total.
couple old TV's
Video camera
$250 phone
I also have about 20k saved up and invested that I never used (bonds and stocks)
Fridge and freezer,
stove,
some furniture (couch 2 chairs, dining room set)
washer and dryer.

I don't know what stuff to list and what stuff to not list. I can't list my residence because I rent instead of own.

I'd say probably like 40-55k total, but who's counting?
