What is your daily work-out routine?

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Title says it all, let's hear how many sit-ups, push-ups, etc you do. :)

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    i hit the gym 6 days a week after work. in the morning i go for a ruck march or a run or something.

    i try to do 3 runs a week and 2 ruck marches each ruck is at least 5 miles... did a 12 miler, and working on doing a 20 miler with 100+ lbs on my back.

    My work outs vary, I do chest and tris on monday, back and bis, shoulders and abs, then typically repeat the process. Sometimes ill do legs with some squats and stuff like that, but im more of a fan of doing practical excercises such as running, pushing sleds with weight on them, or pulling sleds.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Right now it's moderate because of my limited schedule but I do approximately 100 pushups a day, 100 pullups, 100 crunches, and run about 5 miles every two days.

    Monday: Chest 8-12 x 4 sets Chest Press (Bowflex)
    8-12 x 4 sets Fly's
    Tuesday: Back - Lats & Rows
    Thursday Legs
    Friday will do cardio.

    I only do calf exercises (mostly daily) because I'm trying to improve my basketball hop. A part from that I may run occasionally, fort nightly maybe.

    Jump squats, pull-ups, plyometric push-ups, one-legged reach jumps, tuck jumps, V-sit snaps and the plank.

    Mostly parkour stuff.

    I'm in a brazilian ju jitsu program and MMA, and the training is brutal. The reps will make you vomit after about three...lol

    It consists of basic excersises, just in a more intense way. One of the worst is with a 20 pound medicine ball. Throw at wall, catch away from body, fall down on top of it, and then do pushups on it while balancing. Tough as hell.

    I do 50 sit ups and pushups before I go to bed and it surprisingly really helps

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    I do about 8 different abdominal excersies and sometimes push-ups. I relaly need to get to football workouts...:/

    200 mixed abs exercises, 500 pull/chin ups, 100 push ups, theraband exercises for back.

    Parkour, gymnastics, bicycle or ultimate.

    pretty much strength training (gym) in the morning.. and whenever I watch tv I do 25 pushups on commmercials

    In the morning I do around 20 squats and pullups. I'll usually run to the park with some friends and do anywhere from 10-20 pull-ups. Then we play football.

    What is your daily work-out routine?

    Well, from today I started to work out regularly. I was doing 100 push-ups program before, and it actually helped very much. You can find it by typing it in google.

    But now, I do by my own, so something like 100 push-ups/day + 20 chin-ups/pull-ups/day. Slow to start - fast to finish. :)

    morning: 3*40 push ups
    spread over the day: 4*5 handstand pushup and 4*15 chin up
    evening: 3*70 sit ups and some biceps/shoulder excercises with 2 small dumbells
