    Just wonder if anyone uses it, i'mn currently trying to make a clan banner with a montain background a Full pul to the top leftt and a animated lightning strike hitting the clan name, and having electricity spark off of it :D




    cousin has the program and has played with it before, i how ever have never used it lol does anyone think this is possible fro ma novice? i have the 3d studios book and all.

    I've got a few years experience with it and I can tell you it's probably going to look horrid :D. Flash would probably be a lot easier, I know you want the whole 3D effect, but it would be a lot easier to learn and do.

    I've used it a bit but C4D is a lot more user friendly than 3DS.

    Probably would be easier to make in c4d.

    Delta Squad, flash is what most animation you'll see on websites is. Do some research it will be a lot easier than 3ds or c4d, so save yourself some time.

    Yeah, Cinema4D Will probably be a good go, you can also just use some real lightning instead? Just put it on the Linear Dodge blending mode and ta-dah! (Note that the background MUST be BLACK!)
