    No one is saying they're hardcore scouring Sythe.org in efforts to ban rule breakers. It's just the fact that so many people are that naive to believe that Jagex has never heard of Sythe.org. I'm sure they're fully aware of Sythe.org and what goes on here, the people who believe differently need to get a clue.

    No, I've seen this happen before an account was sold. I'm too lazy to dig up the thread, but hopefully you'll take my word for it. >_<

    Maybe the person was inactive as a pmod and was gonna lose it anyway, though.

    Jagex isn't blocked from Sythe.org.
    They don't break any laws by being on Sythe.org.
    Read the entire thread if you want to get accurate information.

    There's no need to prove anything, it's common sense. If you actually believe Jagex has never heard of Sythe.org or viewed it, you're extremely naive.

    I'd be interested in seeing that thread, regardless, it was most likely a coincidence. I'm pretty sure the person didn't publicly post the name of the account, so unless Jagex posed as a fake buyer to get him to show the account in game, I doubt Sythe.org had anything to do with it.

    Jagex are definatly on sythe, no rules for them not to be? Not to be harsh but, RWT does come with a risk (banned accounts, money rollbacks ect) If all the accounts were botted then its no big deal really?

    If Jagex were on Sythe, wouldn't they pretend to be an interested buyer for large amount of money/accs/etc and just ban the account that they meet ingame?

    That's what I never understood o.o

    I'm pretty sure Jagex are knowledgeable of sythe since it's a pretty large community.

    I'm also pretty sure they have visited the site now and then... though I refuse to believe they spend their evenings online going through every RWT site, trying to ban rsgp traders, etc. The bottom line is, there's just too many of us, and too little of them.
