    Good luck. I know this is possible, but a heck of time is needed.
    Someone on sythe, last month was selling a level 3 with 99 dungeoneer. I was too late in purchasing it :(

    Good luck with this goal, it can be really hard for level 3 skillers to get a decent Dungeoneering team. The majority of level 3s with 99 Dungeoneering did it with the EXP glitch awhile back. What are your stats on this account like?

    I cant even get 99 dung on my main (130 comb) legit. On a lvl 3 it must be rough. Good luck!
