neeed help my account got locked cant recover it

hey guys just recently i tryed to sell an account on here and it got locked from the kid trying to scamm me.. when i click recover account it takes me to the email link page i put my email in and it works.. but when i click the link it sends me to the recovery page not password change???

im using my actual info i know and it had just worked couple days ago now its not working at all i keep getting denied.

plz if anybody has anything to help me let me know id apreciate alot:'(
