    The following is primarily my decision with inputs from the staff team, any of the information can be seen in the thread and or by staff members if it's deleted for privacy. This report is very complex and it isn't easy to come to a quick conclusion. I see both sides, and have also been in favor on both sides, changing depending on what was provided. @Soul Rich / King of Stakes / KOS will be DNTd with a debt to repay those affected in the 90 mage staker/bettor. It should also be known that it is possible for the KOS team to change odds, giveaways, ect and ect at any moment. As with most discord gambling servers. Its wise to remember these ttpe of servers stay in business because they have the better odds, and they can obviously manipulate data. I will post more later, but this is the overall outcome.

    No problem, we will begin refunding everyone within a few hours based on the document and we'll have a list of people who are unpaid as they're not in server or X Y Z reason and are happy to donate that to Sythe repayment or anything mods deem fit.

    If you could leave this thread open for the time being we'll update here when everyone is paid later today, with a google doc link to those who are left and the exact amount thats left, which we can do whatever you guys wish. =)

    Just to give an update, we gave a few days to let more people claim after speaking to Pirate:

    Total Refunded: 71,012.91M
    Total Pending: 73,608.15M (15 people)

    After speaking to Pirate - the remaining amount we'll send to Sythe Community Repayment: Funds sent to/from community repayment

    We'll hand over the list of GP yet to be claimed and they will be able to claim it through the scheme above via crypto. We'll post the full document later today or I'll update this post, with list of claimed/unclaimed after Pirate is full owner of it.
