Why do we get bored?

You get bored because either what you're doing is repetitive or you plainly don't enjoy doing it.

 

Repetition, i.e lack of change. Continuously doing the same things is tedious and you end up getting bored. Switch things up a little and you find yourself less bored. Simple.

Essentially having nothing to do of interest. At least that's how I see it.

 

People like me get bored because i have a 200k bank in runescape and i do too much Dungeoneering all the time

false. I do not wish I had school. Even when I am bored, I would rather be bored here than bored in a classroom
